    • 鳥嶼村位於白沙鄉東北方，為一傳統典型漁村，居民早期以捕撈丁箱賴以維生。鳥嶼古地名由來因昔日鳥嶼海鳥群聚而得名，可惜時至今日，鳥嶼以鮮少有大規模燕鷗棲息，故澎湖有句歇後語便這麼戲謔：「鳥嶼無鳥、貓嶼無貓、尖嶼不尖。」
