- 滿拿??這家店的店名什麼意思阿??哈~其實這是台語的發音啦,也就是"滿阿"的意思,就是老闆的名字。這家店只賣炸粿,將剁碎的高麗菜裝在一個圓形的杓子,再覆滿已經和水的麵粉,上頭最後加上一隻澎湖特產的狗蝦或是特製的鯊魚肉,一起放到熱油去炸,就完成一份又香又好吃的炸粿。
- 高麗菜的甜味,澎湖特有狗蝦的鮮,尤其狗蝦是整隻蝦子帶殼下去炸,咬著脆翠的蝦殼,味道十分海洋,比吃蝦味先或炸蝦捲還能更吃出蝦子原味。
