    • 甫於2008年7月開幕的百世多麗花園酒店其內外部整體設施堪稱澎湖第一,雖然住宿價格不貲,但飯店裡的西餐廳卻是不計成本地讓雇客們以平實的價格來享受五星等級的美食。打從十月海鮮節推出中西式美食百匯開始到十二月底,好食美味的我就已光臨過四次。這天秉著「呷好道相報」的心情,再次進來品嚐並拍下美味的証明來介紹給大家!
    • 餐廳以挑高的樓中樓設計搭上天花板的品味燈飾及落地窗外的花園造景,不但拉寛了整體空間感,還營造出高雅別緻的奢華風,讓人在沒有壓迫感的舒適環境中,輕鬆的品嚐貴族般的饗宴。 (附圖1、2)
    • 中西式美食百匯包含了熱鍋區、熱菜區、冷盤區、湯品區、沙拉區、甜點水果區及冷熱飲區,數十樣的美味讓客人無限享用!其實,只要能全部吃過一遍,就足以令人肚子膨脹、行動變緩了!而且在用餐其間,還不時見到廚師們到場巡視出餐狀況,深怕食物不夠無法滿足雇客似的…一發現快見底的食物就趕緊補上。這樣的用心,300元就可品味得到。 (附圖3、4、5、6)
    • 而平常食量不大的我,今天居然盛盤了五次以上,光是最愛的濃湯就喝了兩碗,如不向大家介紹一下今日的百匯戰利品,怎能讓人了解何來的豬性大發!
    • 第一盤:花壽司、豆皮壽司、鮭魚起士餅、泰式海鮮沙拉、墨西哥雞肉沙拉 (附圖7)
    • 第二盤:麻婆鮮魚片(碗裝)、酥炸香料雞柳佐蕃茄莎莎醬、日式鮪魚塔、塔香三杯雞 (附圖8)
    • 第三盤:珍珠丸子(碗裝)、酥皮海鮮卷佐鬱金香奶油醬、咖哩豬肉炒飯、炭烤豬肋排、洋芋明蝦沙拉 (附圖9)
    • 第四盤:蔬菜千島沙拉再配上兩個醃漬淡菜 (附圖10)
    • 第五盤:香醇的覆盆子百香果奶酪、巧克力咖啡捲蛋糕 (附圖11)
    • 看了以上琳瑯滿目的美食,相信大家也流下不少口水了吧…種類當然不只這些,只是還想加點主菜的我,不留點肚子備戰哪行呢!
    • 除了美食百匯外,如果想品嚐不同風味的歐式精緻料理,也可以再加150元單點主菜,餐廳便會另外附上餐前雞尾酒、主廚手工麵包以及特製甜點一份。這次我就加點了一份『XO干貝醬炒大明蝦』,肥美的三隻明蝦以在地特產XO干貝醬嫩煎之後,裝點上鮮脆的青花椰、玉米筍、奶油香菇再放上一顆漂亮的洋芋花球~光是視覺上就已經是種享受,一入口更覺得幸福…明蝦的鮮美瞬間從嘴裡散發開來,肉質的彈性更印證了本身的鮮度。不到五分鐘這麼一大盤的餐點就被我一掃而空了,如果不是好吃哪來這樣的速度呢~值得一提的是,這裡用的XO干貝醬並不是市售的,而是餐廳自製的,味道比較特別!而且服務生說餐廳的主廚會親自到第三漁港或鎖港選購新鮮海味,因此魚類海鮮的新鮮度都不用去耽心,還推薦我下次來可以試試另一道主菜「澎湖時令魚」,品嚐主廚以法式的烹調手法來料理澎湖的美味!     • 目前餐廳只有在星期五、六、日的晚間才有提供中西式美食百匯,中午及其它時段的晚間則提供主廚套餐。服務生說其實主廚套餐內容也是相當豐富的,整客餐點包含了開胃菜、兩個手工麵包、六款沙拉任選一、每天更換的主廚濃湯、十三種主餐任選一、特製甜點,以及咖啡紅茶任選一。如果想慢慢地享受服務生為你送上一道道的料理,且又不想因百匯的誘惑而塞爆肚子,選擇這種剛剛好的精緻套餐也是不錯的哦!
