- 地點：菜園牡蠣文化園區
- 位置：205縣道旁，風之徑秘徑景點，距離市區約15分鐘車程
- 介紹：
- 數十年來，菜園社區就是澎湖地區最老字號的牡蠣養殖場，一筆站長小時候也跟著家母從前寮步行到菜園幫忙挖牡蠣，賺點外快，當年石泉、菜園及前寮社區都是牡蠣養殖場，如今僅剩下菜園牡蠣養殖繼續發展，也因成功轉型為海上牧場休閒活動，讓菜園牡蠣養殖得以不在漁業枯竭中殞落。
- 目前菜園共有兩家海上牧場，提供搭載遊客出海到海上平台箱網養殖區體驗釣魚及釣花枝，然後也提供遊客可以飽餐烤牡蠣的美食，將菜園漁業養殖與牡蠣養殖文化行銷出去！目前兩家業者分別為東安菜園海上牧場及星光海上牧場！
- 玩法：
- 遊客主要可以透過參加海上牧場的活動享受海上平台釣魚的樂趣，並大啖牡蠣美食，如果想吃牡蠣又不參加海上牧場活動，也可以向東安海上牧場直接購買帶殼牡蠣，回民宿飯店去烤，或購買挖好的牡蠣回飯店民宿直接料理各式菜色！
- 許多板友都會詢問東安菜園海上牧場跟星光海上牧場的差異，他們兩家共用同一個碼頭出港，服務櫃臺也在同一個休息站，海上箱網養殖區釣魚體驗跟釣花枝體驗也一樣，東安提供牡蠣麵線，星光則提供綜合海鮮粥；此外星光在海上平台上烤牡蠣及吃海鮮粥，東安則回到海邊的海景海堤區烤牡蠣及吃牡蠣麵線；兩者最大差異應該在於：東安的牡蠣是吃到飽吃到昏，能吃多少就供應多少給遊客，星光海上牧場還是有些限量；但是星光海上牧場黃昏到入夜都可以在海上平台區從事烤肉等活動，可以夜晚在海上烤肉，東安則營業到下午五點！
