- 地點：菜園牡蠣文化園區
- 位置：205縣道旁，風之徑秘徑景點，距離市區約15分鐘車程
- 介紹：
- 數十年來，菜園社區就是澎湖地區最老字號的牡蠣養殖場，一筆站長小時候也跟著家母從前寮步行到菜園幫忙挖牡蠣，賺點外快，當年石泉、菜園及前寮社區都是牡蠣養殖場，如今僅剩下菜園牡蠣養殖繼續發展，也因成功轉型為海上牧場休閒活動，讓菜園牡蠣養殖得以不在漁業枯竭中殞落。
- 目前菜園共有兩家海上牧場，提供搭載遊客出海到海上平台箱網養殖區體驗釣魚及釣花枝，然後也提供遊客可以飽餐烤牡蠣的美食，將菜園漁業養殖與牡蠣養殖文化行銷出去！目前兩家業者分別為東安菜園海上牧場及星光海上牧場！
