- 方老闆的石頭火鍋可選擇牛、羊、豬當鍋底,服務生帥哥會幫客人先以洋蔥花與肉片爆香,之後淋上雞湯,加入豆皮、玉米與高麗菜等配料,成為一鍋只需要150元,且可供多人享用,無限加湯、平價的石頭火鍋。板友可依據各人喜好加點各式火鍋料理享用,各式餃類、青菜、金針菇、芋頭等平均約50元一盤;各式肉類包含羊肉、牛肉、豬肉及小管、牡蠣等海鮮則約一盤50到100不等,石頭火鍋的精華則是方先生熬煮的雞骨湯頭,每日中午以雞骨熬煮的湯頭平均約6小時的時間,將雞骨的髓與鈣都熬入湯頭內,且老闆強調不加入任何味精,因此當日未食用完畢的湯頭便得拋棄,隔日必須熬煮新的湯頭,不過也因此可以保湯頭不膩,食用後不會覺得乾渴。
- 老闆在火鍋食材上也力求新鮮,以高麗菜來說,老闆只用梨山的高麗菜,不購買進口的其他高麗菜,可保菜葉甘甜,增加湯頭的美味。

- 老闆有專屬的廚師負則熱炒,各式熱炒強調台式口味,每盤約100的平價消費,其中虱目魚頭、虱目魚肚是老闆熱炒中的要角,虱目魚都是從港口直批到店內,成本降低以外也較為新鮮,老闆可以用最新鮮的料理方式,最平價的消費方式讓饕客享受虱目魚美味(老闆娘是台南人:虱目魚的故鄉)。澎湖人比較少吃淡水魚,但虱目魚料理卻是店內的招牌快炒,可見其魅力。
