- 紅蟳粥:這一道菜可以算是長進的招牌菜之一,新鮮的紅蟳經過大廚的巧手之下所製作出來的粥,吃的到紅蟳的鮮美,是許多人到長進必點的菜色之一。
- 蜜汁雞腿:外表詐得油亮,不乾不焦確有酥炸的口感,一口咬下把極富彈性的外皮和軟嫩雞肉滿足地入口。蜜汁雞腿外皮甜香,蜜汁的濃郁味道很適合下飯,雞肉本身卻仍保有嫩嫩的口感,這道菜也是長進的招牌之一!
