冬天一到，季風就會把這成排的風車推得快速轉動，叮叮咚咚地響

  • 介紹：
    • 石泉風車碼頭距離站長家不到三分鐘的車程，每趟回澎湖，傍晚騎著腳踏車野放時都會繞過去，從幾年前看著兩尊七爺八爺的廢鐵藝術造景，到沿著海堤櫛比鱗次的風車一座座安上，這幾年一幕幕地看著石泉風車碼頭的成形。這些風車藝術造景由台電退休的素人藝術家陳扶氣一手巧製，把廢棄的鐵條、油桶、鐵片等物，透過藝術的巧思打造成不同的造型或簡單的風車組合。夕陽餘暉下，這些風車在晚霞中映著水光，偶有漁民在岸邊修理舢舨，草地上的籃球場會有當地的小孩在鬥牛；冬季時季風把風車搖晃地叮噹作響，遠遠地就聽到清錯地風鈴聲，石泉風車碼頭慢慢地在一個素人藝術家的堅持下誕生。
    • 站長常常看到陳扶氣自身一人坐在港邊裝訂新的風車，或開著小發財車沿著漁港海堤將新製的風車一一安上。藝術家的身影有點孤單，但是這種孤單工作的影像又和風車喜歡獨自舞踴於風中的調性接近。
    • 今年，停留在碼頭邊的三艘廢棄漁船也被布置成休息的民宿，還不是很清楚他如何經營，也或許他只做不賣，也許安靜地欣賞他的作品便是一種最好的親近方式。

    • 從馬公出發沿著204縣道到石泉國小時右轉直行，然後因為石泉碼頭躲在社區內，所以就必須開口問人比較好找路。（約十五分鐘車程）

    • 石泉社區牌樓旁有一家賣羊肉羹的小吃店，這家各式熱食炒飯的口味跟份量都很推薦，站長是從小吃到大，從讀小學就開始吃了。

    • 石泉國小是站長的母校呢！在我那個年代一個年級兩個班，六個年級剛好十二個班，班級名稱是用忠跟孝，全校師生不到六百人，那時候只要你有心，人人都可以是模範生，我也當選過全校模範生。不過小時了了就對了！
    • 石泉擁有澎湖第一座也是唯一真的賺到錢的保齡球館－全球保齡球館，1991年的時候紅極一時，那時候打一局要80，還得乖乖排隊，之後澎湖開的保齡球館包括：大湖、西瀛、澎湖、富春等等幾乎都是賠錢收場。
    • 石泉以前的舞獅陣頭可是威風得很，記得小學班上住石泉的同學可都有受過獅頭陣的專業訓練
    • 石泉社區清代前稱為「石井」，因位於西南社口之低窪處，有一帶自然石（在石中有一非人工開鑿之破裂處），深僅尺餘，但噴出無盡之甘泉，泉旺水清，味甘乃稱為「石井」，此石井即成為社名。日據時代仍稱為「石泉」因水泉豐富，種植花卉蔬菜者多，光復後稱「三合里」（石泉、前寮、菜園三社合併），一直到民國四十年才獨立建社。
